Ruth Elsässer was born in 1975 in the Black Forest. After banking education and several years of professional experience in banking, consulting, and academia, she has been living in the Netherlands since 2020 and works as a self-employed empowerment and resilience expert, among other occupations.
She is also trained in various areas such as leadership, change management, digital transformation, and design thinking and is a certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Family Consultant.
As a Business Psychologist, Ruth combines insights from neuroscience with leadership and learning theories to design individual and unique solutions for personal growth and organizational empowerment.
Ruth is socially engaged, including serving as a facilitator for a women's empowerment program in Uganda. Together with her husband, she supports an aid project of Hope e.V.
She stands for change, professionalism, appreciation, encouragement, and good values.
